Design and manufacturing

In close cooperation with the customer, we develop tools that are tailor-made for the job. Our range covers everything from prototype molds to volume-production tools in simple designs, right up to highly automated tools. Our design engineers work with common programs such as Catia V5 and Unigraphics. 

High-tech production: The tool shop

Our fully networked machine park uses the latest technology. Included here are e.g. 5-axis milling machines with pallet changers. Parallel production of a large number of tools simultaneously and on schedule is standard for us. Our manufacturing process covers pre-machining including annealing, gun drilling, and rough cutting, through to assembly and spotting. The perfect combination of craftsmanship and high tech.
