In close cooperation with customers, we test the tool functions exhaustively in a sampling process using our extensive range of different injection presses. Only fully tested molds leave our doors to start volume production at our customers’ facilities.
Our experienced toolmakers also produce the first parts which can be used for prototype vehicles and initial tests. On request, we also produce the first volume-production parts.
Key to successful sampling is the experience of our mold engineers and mold makers. Working closely with customers, they adjust the molds so they do the job with perfect precision. Short paths between design / engineering, production and sampling guarantee efficient optimization of the process and the tool.
